- freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
- 75 ml

- SETA matcha lime lemonade
- 355 ml
- 1 tbsp
- apple cider vinegar
- 15 ml
- 1 tbsp
- freshly squeezed lime juice
- 15 ml

- maple syrup
- 5 ml

- sprig fresh rosemary

Directions
- Step 1
- Prepare the glass rim:
- On a small plate, combine the salt, lime zest, and, if desired, dried rose or hibiscus petals. Mix well.
- Brush the rim of the glass with maple syrup using a kitchen brush.
- Dip the rim into the mixture to coat it.
- Step 2
- In a shaker, place the rosemary sprig and gently muddle it.
- Step 3
- Add the grapefruit juice, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, lime juice, and a few ice cubes.

- Shake vigorously.

- Fill your glass with ice cubes and strain the mixture into the glass using a fine-mesh strainer.

- Top off with SETA matcha-lime lemonade.

- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or lime and a rosemary sprig.

- You can also use a natural, unsweetened grapefruit juice, but freshly squeezed juice makes a real difference!
